bSamenvatting /bJoin Mifa in Venlo as a Cutting / Brushing Operator and become part of the Extrusion department, where you will be responsible for cutting, deburring and finishing aluminium profiles according to customer specifications and quality requirements.bOver de functie /bpAs a Cutting / Brushing Operator, you will set up and adjust machines, monitor the production process and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle. You will use technical drawings, work instructions and production orders to ensure that every product meets the required specifications. /ppYou will also carry out measurements using different precision measuring tools and perform basic machine maintenance when required. /ppYour responsibilities include: /pulliSet up, operate and adjust cutting and brushing machines based on technical drawings and production orders. /liliProduce and inspect first-off products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. /liliPerform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and feeler gauges. /liliMonitor production processes and make machine adjustments when required. /liliConduct visual and dimensional quality inspections and record results digitally. /liliReplace machine components and clamps and perform basic maintenance. /liliClean, pack and stack finished products according to production standards. /liliSupport and train new operators while maintaining a safe and organised workplace. /li /ulbOver het bedrijf /bpMifa is a leading specialist in aluminium extrusion and precision manufacturing.
